Coverage Intelligence API Terms

1. Agreement
These Commercial API Terms apply when a customer creates a Coverage Intelligence organization, starts an evaluation, purchases a plan, or uses an API key. The person accepting them represents that they can bind the named organization.
1A. Eligibility (United States only)
Coverage Intelligence is available only to organizations based in the United States. By accepting these terms, the customer represents that it is an entity organized under the laws of a U.S. state or territory and that it is not owned, controlled, or directed by, or acting on behalf of, a person or entity in a country of concern (China, including Hong Kong and Macau; Russia; Iran; North Korea; Cuba; Venezuela) or a covered person under the Data Security Program, 28 CFR Part 202. The customer must not sell, license, transfer, or otherwise provide API output or derived output to any country of concern or covered person, and must promptly notify Simply Advanced if either representation stops being true. Simply Advanced may suspend or end access to verify or enforce eligibility.
2. License
During an active evaluation or self-service plan, Simply Advanced LLC grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to query the API and use returned aggregate output only for the customer’s internal evaluation, business analysis, planning, and decision support. Internal use may involve the customer’s personnel and contractors acting on its behalf, but does not include displaying, delivering, or incorporating output or derived output into any commercial, customer-facing, embedded, OEM, or white-label product or service. Those uses require a signed Enterprise agreement and are permitted only to the extent stated in that agreement. Self-service access is also limited to the metro market bounds selected on the plan; nationwide access requires a negotiated agreement or explicit legacy authorization. Where an Enterprise agreement permits customer-facing use, the attribution “Data: LTE Discovery Coverage Intelligence” is required unless that agreement expressly waives it. Output retrieved after accepting this version may be retained after cancellation only for the internal uses and subject to the restrictions stated here.
3. Data contract
Coverage Intelligence is built from crowdsourced real-device measurements and is provided as coverage, signal, cell and band statistics. Density varies by place, carrier, device, and time. A result marked insufficient_evidence means the dataset does not contain enough measured evidence; it does not mean a carrier has no service. Coverage Intelligence does not include cell-tower or cell-site locations.
4. Restrictions
The customer may not resell or sublicense API access; redistribute output rows in bulk, raw, or trivially transformed form; use self-service output in a commercial, customer-facing, embedded, OEM, or white-label product or service without a signed Enterprise agreement; publish output as a standalone or competing dataset; bypass authentication or metering; remove evidence or confidence qualifications; attempt to identify or track an individual; submit output as guaranteed carrier coverage; or use it for emergency, safety-critical, navigation, or unlawful surveillance decisions. Public or promotional citation of Coverage Intelligence results, including in press releases, advertising, or marketing claims, requires prior written permission.
5. Keys and security
API keys are confidential credentials. The customer is responsible for use under its keys and must revoke a key that may have been exposed. Keys may be used only by the customer’s systems and personnel. Simply Advanced may suspend abusive or compromised credentials.
6. Billing and quotas
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Managed Payments transactions are sold through Link, Stripe's merchant-of-record service for payment and indirect-tax purposes. Link's checkout terms, transaction support, refund process, and subscription-management experience also apply. Included units, request limits, and row limits are shown before checkout and in the account dashboard. There are no automatic overage charges; requests stop at the included unit limit. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period unless Link states otherwise. Refunds are governed by applicable law and the Link process.
7. Availability and changes
The API is provided on an as-available basis without a self-service SLA. Backward-compatible additions may be made at any time. Material incompatible changes or price changes will be announced in advance when reasonably possible. Preview products are not part of the paid availability commitment.
8. Ownership
Simply Advanced retains all rights in the API, documentation, source datasets, models, and product design. The customer retains rights in its own applications and data. No ownership transfers under these terms.
9. Disclaimer
THE API AND OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Simply Advanced’s aggregate liability arising from the commercial API will not exceed the fees the customer paid for it during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, material breach, security abuse, or unlawful use. On termination, API access ends. Sections concerning restrictions, retained output, ownership, disclaimers, and liability survive.
