Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the LTE Discovery app or this website (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LTE Discovery displays cellular network information from your device and builds aggregated coverage maps. Signal readings depend on your device, carrier, and environment and are provided “as is” for informational purposes. They are not guaranteed to be accurate and should not be relied upon for emergency, safety, navigation, or professional decisions.

3. Your account & data

You are responsible for activity under your account. By submitting measurements you grant us a license to use them in aggregated, anonymized form to build and publish coverage maps and statistics. Our handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service.
• Do not submit false, unlawful, or automated/fraudulent data.
• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Do not bulk-extract, scrape, or systematically collect data from the Service — including the coverage map, sample downloads, and public API responses — and do not republish Service data as a dataset. Commercial data licensing is available on the Data page.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, and its content are owned by Simply Advanced LLC and protected by applicable laws. The “LTE Discovery” name and branding may not be used without permission. Aggregate coverage, tower, and network-intelligence data published through the Service is a proprietary compilation of Simply Advanced LLC: viewing it for personal, non-commercial purposes is welcome, and any other reproduction or redistribution requires a license.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Advanced LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Changes & termination

We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. We may suspend access that violates these Terms.
